on claims. Ask for input, guidance, or to perform research.

Ask the tough questions.

Mold, drying standards, OSHA, EPA, etc. Although we’re in beta, our assistant is trained on how to navigate complex claims.

Not another wrapper.

Through retrieval augmented generation, our model blends public knowledge with our proprietary data, pictures, files, and situational training for it’s output.

Frequently Asked Questions

What goes into a “preliminary” estimate?

A preliminary estimate is usually considered a "ballpark amount". While our AI tries to be as accurate as possible, currently we're still adding support for sharing a full breakdown justifying why it generated that price. At this time, our tool is meant to be a predicted amount before traditional methods of validation.

How accurate is the estimate?

The accuracy is heavily dependent on the data entered by the user. With properly entered data, we've seen as much as 90-95% accuracy. Our AI, however, is still a work in progress and is meant to be a "ballpark" estimating tool that should be validated through traditional means.

What standards and codes is your model trained on?

Public and proprietary sources common to the industry such as water damage mitigation data, mold remediation, fire, soot, and odor cleaning, contents storage and cleaning, building codes in all 50 states, public government data,  and situational modeling. Our AI is meant to be used for questions related to this industry and may have skewed results when discussing anything else.

What details can I see when I complete an estimate?

The total that the AI has generated, what the breakdowns are per room being worked on and per service, and lastly the square footage that was input into the room. We're still adding support for custom measurements and a detailed breakdown of charges. Keep supporting us for faster features sooner!

What services can I make an estimate with on your platform?

Water damage mitigation, mold remediation, contents storage and cleaning, fire/smoke cleanup, asbestos, and similar property cleanup services. As far as construction codes, we've extracted data on all publicly available trades and building codes. We're still, however, adding training for plumbing and HVAC.

Is this product for insurance adjusters or restoration companies?

It's meant for both! In addition, this is a great tool for property managers and even homeowners that are experiencing property damage.
